I really like seeing the execution time taken by the last entered expression (near the lower right corner).

I would would like it even better if I could click on that number and see a little popup with a column of the last several times (most recent at the bottom, of course).

Good idea -- I assume you would also like the immediate execution line displayed as part of the ToolTip.

Yes. Good idea.

But since the lines may have ragged lengths, the display should list the aligned time column at the left.

And, since you now have a good routine for getting the precise time, maybe you could add 1 or 2 more digits of precision beyond milliseconds.

It would be nice if ...

when you move the cursor up to a previous line
and you type something to change that line

then if you type the Esc key, the line would revert back to what it originally was.

This would be very helpful to remove typing mistakes.
The APL2 session manager does this.
