Try this in a clear ws ...

⎕fx 'f' 'f2'
⎕fx 'f2' '.'

f
SYNTAX ERROR
f2[1] .

)si
f2[1] *
f[1]

So far, as expected.

)wsid x
WAS CLEAR WS

)save

WARNING: SI non-empty -- not restartable after )LOAD

Not a big surprise, but the exact same message is repeated.
Once is enough.

But much worse --

If you attempt to load the workspapce, everything locks up hopelessly.

Thanks for the bug report! This issue is addressed in the latest Alpha version:

http://www.nars2000.org/download/binaries/alpha/

On )SAVE, a note is included indicating that the SI will be cleared on )LOAD with a matching note on )LOAD.
